  We stayed for a few night because the conditions were the best. We paid 20€ per night. The campsite was about 40 minutes away from Biarritz city. The toilets, showers and even the pool was quiet clean. Our parking space was near the road, it was very loud because of the cars. The airport is in the near as well, so you hear the planes a few times per day. The parking spaces are quiet steep and you definitely need wedges to stand more or less straight. They officially offer Wifi but this never worked. The showers were locked up in the morning until 08:30 am. That was very sad! You were not allowed to enter the pool with normal shorts.

  We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the pool. When we tried to book 2 more nights 10 days later no one answered the phone, just a message to say email. I emailed and they said they don’t take same day bookings (even though the 2nd night was the following day). When we arrived they were showing someone their last tent pitch and so we had to sleep in the car that night. We are 58 yrs old not 18! When we got a pitch t the e next day there were dirty socks left on the pitch, no grass and the Wi-Fi did not work. Despite this they charge you for charging your phone if like is you don’t have hook up. Sadly customer service is lacking as they are so busy due to the location near beaches they don’t need to look after their guests. Or make any effort to accommodate.

  Friendliness and efficiency by management and staff...is what attracts us back to "BC" ... 25 times in 9 years!! !! A safe and secure premises, the sites are beautifully kept...the covered pool is a treat with aqua therapy taps integral to the reduction of stress.... the on-site restaurant is a gourmet delight! Simply... a holiday venue with everything .... and if it's missing ... just ask! Local buses stop at the gates... its close proximity to the beaches at Milady or Ilbiarritz .... is the icing on a perfect cake....
