- 45 minutes from the Basque Coast and its beaches , 15 minutes from Spain , and at the foot of the GR10 , SAINT-ÉTIENNE-DE-BAÏGORRY , a typical village of the Basque Country nestled at the foot of the mountains , is ideally placed to discover the main riches of the region and the numerous festivities which are organized there throughout the summer season.
  
  A 5-minute walk from the village center , in the heart of the Irouléguy vineyard , the municipal campsite of the same name, with its 69 pitches of 100 ^m2 , is located on the edge of the river , in a green and shaded setting . Very close to the swimming pool , the sports complex , a supermarket and a brasserie , we welcome you from March until November .
  
  THE CAMPSITE: Spacious and semi-shaded pitches, with, for your comfort , bread delivery in season, unlimited hot water and showers , washing machine , freezer , refrigerator , mail service, wifi . Holiday checks accepted . Dogs kept on a leash and vaccinated are allowed .

Fantastic campsite, clean toilets and showers. Easy access for motorcycle and taken to pitch. Very friendly lady at reception who spoke English. Roads Fantastic and empty 10 mins to Spain. Perfect

Friendly and helpful staff ,( it is so nice to arrive somewhere new and get a friendly welcome ). The campground is close to the beautiful village , close to a swimming pool , close to a supermarket . Lots of young families with children , it is lovely to see them.having a holiday and I'm sure that the affordable prices make this possible ...thank you to the municipality for giving young families and low income travellers a lovely place to holiday that isn't expensive ! Fantastic hot water in showers and for washing dishes and laundry . I'm sure the men in the camp appreciate hot water for shaving as well . We loved this campground and the surrounding area .

Was a bit sceptical when driving through an industrial estate to access the site but it was a nice location next to a river once there. Intermarche was a 3 Min walk away and while walking through the industrial estate I noticed a 4 wheel drive Peugeot 205 which I'd never seen before so even that wasn't a bad experience either. Would happily go back again if in the area.
