  Two and a half years ago, I decided to sell four of my studios in the heart of Biarritz. I listed three of them in collaboration with Carmen, with her agreement. The price was set with the agent. Here's where it becomes unacceptable, or perhaps incompetent: Carmen conducted zero viewings of the three properties in three months! Unbelievable! They tell you stories, but the result speaks for itself. I ultimately sold my properties at the desired price, but not without difficulty, given the market. I don't know how Carmen used my properties during that period in their network—advertising, lead generation, or otherwise. But I have to say that, for me, their actions were remarkably ineffective and a huge waste of time. Therefore, I do not recommend this network.
