- It is in Estérencuby, near St Jean Pied de Port, and at the foot of the mountains, by the river, alone in a green circus that the Tihista family has warmly welcomed you from the 5th generation in its Hotel-Restaurant "Les Sources of the Nive".
  
  The Hotel offers 25 spacious and sunny rooms, overlooking the river or the mountains. All have a bathroom with bath, WC, sink, television and direct dial telephone.
  
  15 of them planned for 3 people (1 bed of 140 cm and 1 bed of 90 cm). Continental breakfast served in the breakfast room from 8 am to 9.30 am. Pets are allowed.
  
  From May to September, after a day of strolling in the heart of the Basque Country, you will enjoy the swimming pool, the spa, the sauna , in a calm and sunny place, in a green setting. Deckchairs and parasols. Playground. Large private parking.

A small sign indicates the direction of the sources towards a very narrow road (only one car and no possibility of passing each other, with a mini parking lot at the end of it next to the open cow "enclosure"). This sign is only visible from one direction of traffic. Otherwise, there is parking near the hotel at the bottom of the hill (adds a nice climb for walking). Once on the trail, there are no real markings, instinct leads you to follow the most traveled path. The climbs can seem steep and there is a passage that is quite stressful for those who are afraid of heights (a narrow passage where part of the path has apparently collapsed). Have good, grippy shoes. No other difficulties otherwise. We arrive at the source quite quickly. A pretty decor that soothes.
