Follow your guide and turn the pages of the history of the Basque Country. Learn more about the witch hunts of Labourd and Navarre between 1609 & 1610. On the forest trail and to the caves of Zugarramurdi, discover Basque culture, its myths, legends and superstitions.

• 8KM (205 M drop)
• Medium level (according to official walking manuals)
• Includes a guide-storyteller throughout the Walk, a visit to the caves of Zugarramurdi and the village, a game for children and a small souvenir.
• The Walk is not recommended for children under 7 and people with reduced mobility.

Night Walk - Guided between Sare & Zugarramurdi
Departure from the Caves of Sare
Basajaun, the lord of the Basque forests welcomes us to his Kingdom for a night walk full of surprises. With your guide, bring the most famous characters of Basque Mythology to life by candlelight.
• Night hike of around 2h30
• About 4km (medium level)
• Includes a guide-storyteller throughout the walk, an introduction to the Basque language and the Mythology of the Basque Country, several tales told by candlelight.
• A little gourmet and unusual tasting in the middle of the night.
• Walking is not recommended for children under 7 and people with reduced mobility.
