    • GYROTONIC®, a gentle sports method

      Practiced on a machine, this “soft yoga” is inspired by the movements of dance, tai-chi or even swimming.
      The particularity of GYROTONIC® is the fact of considering the body in a three-dimensional way, and not linearly. This method, still confidential in France, is all the rage across the Atlantic where it seduces stars like Jennifer Aniston, Lady Gaga and Tiger Woods. Very complete, it gently tones and stretches all the muscle chains. We always work with the synchronicity of the breath. We strengthen and improve the quality of the muscular framework.

       You can discover GYROTONIC® but also Pilates at the Wellness Studio, in Guéthary.

    I've been doing gyrotonic for just over a year now and it has aided me with my mobility, posture and flexibility. Anne-Charlotte is attentive and focuses on every aspect of each movement to ensure that the exercises are effective and come naturally after a while.

    Anne-Charlotte is an excellent Gyrotonic and Pilates teacher, very kind and precise, always focused to help you feel better in your body. You could tell she loves what she does. Her studio is bright and beautiful with a lot of machines to practice on…I feel like a new man after her class.

    Fantastic experience !! This is a true place for wellbeing with its beautiful studio and lovely and knowledgeable personal. I have fell in love with this concept of gentle yet powerful strength- and flexibility exercise. I highly recommend anyone who are willing to invest in his/her spiritual and physical development.
