But concretely, what is it? Azkena Bideko is a food truck with a barrel that allows you to serve yourself cider directly, so Txox! It changes and we love it!
In the kitchen, chef Vincent Touya prepares different dishes full of flavor every day of the week.
On the menu, you will find the essentials, a Poke Bowl with Iraty trout and a hot sandwich of the moment (burger, revisited kebab, etc.). The hardest thing will be to choose.
You can taste these dishes around the food truck and enjoy a beautiful terrace with parasols. Conviviality and pleasure guaranteed!
So, you will have understood, for the good gourmet plan, go to the Forum in Bayonne on the Dulong Papeterie car park, Monday to Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
