Located on the ground floor of the Hotel Villa KOEGUI Bayonne, Le Carré displays its splendor in an entirely open space. Large libraries and a magnificent wine cellar cut out each space to make room for universes.

From the entrance, the charm operates. The floors, the furniture, the works, the colors, the materials, everything is in its place, everything is thought and reflected and it shows.

At the end of the restaurant hall, a terrace, nestled between several buildings in the heart of the city, is the ideal place for a break. Vegetated with a modular roof, it is the guarantee of a sweet moment.

Open from 7 a.m., come and enjoy a sweet and savory buffet breakfast. From 12 noon, place for lunch with a daily menu and a la carte, made from fresh and seasonal products. In the evening, make way for pintxos and tapas, as well as dishes, to share or not !

Every Sunday, a large buffet brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Throughout the day hot or cold drinks are offered. Side bar, it is a wide selection of wines from here and elsewhere as well as cocktails, including Signature Cocktails and a gin bar.
