    • In a magnificent building all in wood and stone which has retained all its authenticity, TTiPiA is a place as we like them where tradition and originality mingle and where Basque cider flows directly from the barrel.

      Cider house menu: 35€

      Cod omelette, Spanish hake, Chuleta ( prime rib) , Sheep cheese with walnuts, quince paste and Sagarno (Basque cider in a barrel) at will.

      The chef uses only fresh products for his cooking.
      Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday noon) at 12€ with starter, main course, 1 glass of cider.
      Daily menu (Tuesday to Friday noon) at 14,50€ with starter, main course, dessert, 1 glass of cider.
      Small cider house menu at 31€: choice of hake or txuleta

      Annual leave: the first two weeks of January and one week at the beginning of July
      Group: maximum 200 people

    The "traditional" menu set is €35 you get first a nice omelette then you have a big piece of fish served with peppers and fried garlic, then you have the master piece, the beef was cooked to perfection and so tasty 😋 and then they brought a plate of cheese with coin jam and a basket of walnuts. This set menu also included unlimited cider and bread. The service was great, a very nice and smiley Spanish lady. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great time in a very typical place. I'll go again for sure. 🙌
