      He draws his inspiration from local fish and produce to create an imaginative and balanced cuisine.


      Two cuisines

      A menu revisited each month, allowing a creative and seasonal instant. For even more well-being, enjoy the Equilibre menu, which offers exquisite slimming cuisine day after day in just 400 calories.


      For lunch and dinner, we offer a "starter, main course and dessert" menu for €60.

    Enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay in August 2022 - wished we could have stayed longer. Rooms are very spacious, great bathrooms, and balconies with a variety of views (depending what you book). Outdoor pool is amazing, clean, staff always there to help out and keep it proper. Considering it's fantastic location right on the beach, close to everything, having some areas of the hotel being a little dated didn't matter at all. The spa area is wonderful too. Housekeeping was super quick when we needed some more milk/sugar for coffee. First time in Biarritz, but hopefully can come back and stay longer in the future!

    Sofitel is always a good choice no matter what country you are in. Exceptional service and attention to detail. Our room was a little dated but in excellent condition and clean.

    Nice hotel and great pool. If you are lucky you will meet a very friendly local guy at your morning swim which swims here very often and had some great tips for our upcoming road-trip.
