  We didn’t stay but we came for what is easily the worst spa day I have ever been on. The facilities are disgusting and in terrible disrepair, it was also very difficult to navigate the facilities. Additionally the outdoor pool was closed which we were not told about. We had massages whilst we there, my husband said his was good but my masseuse was audibly yawning and coughing throughout. I raised my issues with management and they offered us a free jet spa “on our return” however, unsurprisingly we will never be returning.

  Well located, professional staff, good food and great spa services. The hydro-therapists are caring and know what they're doing. The quality of the amenities could be better for a 5 star if anything.

  We had a wonderful time at the Sofitel Biarritz Miramar. We were greeted at the door when we arrived and our car was parked for us. The reception staff were very friendly and we were upgraded to an Ocean View room which was absolutely amazing. Good size with a large balcony overlooking the beach. The bar was great and staff very attentive.
