    • The restaurant "Les six saisons" located in Bidart offers creative, committed cuisine, pleasures while enjoying a view of the mountains and the sea from our terrace.


      Chef Anthony, who has worked in several renowned starred establishments, offers you a menu that changes every two months in accordance with seasonality through the six Basque seasons and from products in collaboration with local producers. Meat from the Basque country and fish from the St Jean de Luz auction!


      Our wine cellar offers our selection of more than 50 references, from small producers worth discovering to those already recognized.

      Closed out of season on Monday and Tuesday all day.
      July / August closed on Monday all day.

    Enjoyed the ambience and the view. Had ris d'agneau and it was not bad but the sangria was a bit like cranberry juice... Service wise, the young server seemed grumpy.

    Fantastic family meal on the last day of our holidays in Bidart. Amazing salads, huge basque burger and a good meal for my 3yo son too. Highly recommended!

    Terrible! We asked for the paella and the parrillada the two of them were left overs microwaved or fried. Never going back
