    • The restaurant "Les Six Saisons" located in Bidart offers you a creative, committed cuisine, of pleasures while enjoying a view of the mountains and the sea from our terrace.

      The chef Anthony, who has worked in several famous starred restaurants, offers a menu that changes every two months, respecting the seasonality of the six Basque seasons and using products produced in collaboration with local producers. Meat of the Basque country and fish of the auction of st jean de luz!

      Our wine cellar offers our selection of more than 50 references, from small producers deserving to be discovered to those already recognized.

      Closed out of season on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday all day.
      Groups of 50 people maximum

    Enjoyed the ambience and the view. Had ris d'agneau and it was not bad but the sangria was a bit like cranberry juice... Service wise, the young server seemed grumpy.

    Fantastic family meal on the last day of our holidays in Bidart. Amazing salads, huge basque burger and a good meal for my 3yo son too. Highly recommended!

    Terrible! We asked for the paella and the parrillada the two of them were left overs microwaved or fried. Never going back
