  This place is so beautiful and the gentleman who was in the reception accommodated my family and I very well . He was very gentle and polite . We got here in the middle of night as we drove from Paris , but he was so kind to treat us with so much kindness . The location is great , and the place super clean and confortable. I would love to stay here longer . Thanks for the wonderful service . Adriane Shahraki - USA.

  We got a room that looks like a prison cell with a high window where you can't see the outside. Quite surprising when the hotel is awarded 4 stars. This is not mentioned on the room description and on top of that they used a false photo for the reservation which shows a second window in the bathroom which does not exist! (see photos attached). We complained to the reception and were told, "You have only booked a standard room". Can booking a "standard" room allow a hotel to offer prison cells? Surprising... The reception staff did not even offer us a commercial gesture. Totally scandalous!

  Only really visited the restaurant for my meals outside of work, but passing by every day, I can tell it has a fine selection of drinks and a nice decoration...
