  I returned from 6 nights spent half-board at the Hotel Txistulari and I came away delighted. The owners, a family spanning 3 generations, are charming, welcoming and their cuisine is worth the detour. Delicious regional cuisine. The rooms are very quiet. They have been recently redone, are impeccable and comfortable. It was too early (April) to use the swimming pool, but we were able to have aperitifs outside in a very pretty setting in the Basque Country. My only small remark, because you have to have an outside perspective: given the generous daily cuisine, I would not offer croissants daily for breakfast, but certainly cereal or wholemeal breads, excellent for hikers and preferable for your health.   I haven't been there recently, but the owners were great. The meals were very good, humm the vine omelette and other dishes from the region. I really want to go back and see this beautiful Basque country. The owners are still there and what we see on their site and all the arrangements made make me want to stop there.

  Very good hotel restaurant. Very warm welcome and very good atmosphere. Cleanliness is to be emphasized. The meals are good and plentiful. Nice and quiet place. Note very good sangria made by the owner. To advice.
