Martine and Jean-Pierre prepare daily menus based on Basque Country specialties . A la carte, suggestion at the option of the market with local products, which ensures the freshness and quality of the dishes offered.
Some examples of dishes to enjoy throughout the year : garbure, basquaise chicken, grilled lamb, duck confit, chicken pot, pipérade ham...
