  EZTIGAR is a limited liability company formed by local variety apple producers. We grow about ten varieties of apples all from the Basque Country such as Anisa, Eri Sagara, Ondo motxa, Gordin xuria…
  
  We produce our "Sagarno" ciders and apple juice together with our know-how and our traditions in Saint-Just-Ibarre (Oztibarre - inland Basque Country).
  
  The transmission of our know-how to the younger generations is a major asset for the continuity of this beautiful project.
  
  Open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except public holidays.
  Free guided tour of 1 hour (on reservation), tasting, sale on site.
  Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation

Very friendly welcome, great to see this product being produced in the South, Being a Cider fan and producer myself - the only thing that let me down was the weak taste of the Cider that tasted like Perrier water

Lovely cider and given a tasting of all their products. An interesting small run ciderie in the Pays Basque well worth a visit.

Passage with the Montagne Rando Pyrénées club 🥾⛰️🏔️64 this Thursday 03/21/2024 afternoon 😎🌅☀️🏔️a great welcome from the couple who run the cider house with great local products and a super good cider 😋🍎🍏🥃 really worth continuing so it's great to still have people who run beautiful shops like this, purchase products until later 😉😊
