  Magnificent butcher shop well known in Espelette, meat, ham, preserves, all the products are excellent. Very warm welcome from true professionals. Disabled access ♿️ without problem. I highly recommend.

  Certainly quality products, taste-wise, we were not disappointed with our purchase. On the other hand, hygiene rules could be better. The saleswoman does not have gloves and uses her hands to serve customers (direct contact with pieces of meat, cold cuts, etc.), collect payments (opening the cash register, handling coins and notes, etc.). .), put back a small lock of hair on the side etc... It's a shame for an establishment of this type.

  The reputation of this store is well established. High quality products where freshness is assured. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. You can also try the preserves, everything is delicious. Perfect for introducing friends to regional specialties
