      Nestled in Ainhoa, in the heart of the Basque Country, in one of the most beautiful villages in France, we, SEGIDA, have been producing Piment d'Espelette AOP since 1998 ; indeed, we manage the product cycle, from the seed to the final product : Piment de Espelette AOP.

      Heirs of a family tradition, we have been cultivating since 1998 the love and passion for working the land ; in fact, we produce Piment d'Espelette certified by an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC, the only spice labelled in France), in accordance with ancestral traditions; we process, package and market on our farm.

    Wonderful welcoming place with good food. They will make you a delicious vegetarian meal of the day if you ask for it. You will not leave this place hungry!
