Espelette pepper is the condiment that most represents the culture of the Basque Country. It is available in chili rope, fresh chili pepper or even chili powder to add the famous AOP label.

At Etxe Peio, we obviously offer ropes and Espelette pepper powder. But it is also a condiment that we use very regularly in our dishes, our pâtés and rillettes, our charcuterie, as a real flavor enhancer. It is also available in jelly, coulis, puree and other accompaniments.
