It is in homage, especially to my grandmother, to my mother and also to all the parents and grandparents of the world who transmit, with love, to their children and grandchildren the secrets of good cooking and good pastry, which we want to preserve their traditions and their know-how. Thus and thanks to them, we are proud to make our macaroons every day, to the delight of gourmets and lovers of authentic, simple and natural flavors...

We still work in a traditional way, moreover, each macaron is prepared by hand, with a pastry bag, as in the past.

Our macaroons are made exclusively with selected dried fruits, crushed, ground or grated such as: Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, Lemon and Turmeric that we macaroons with a little sugar and egg white. We do not add any fat, coloring or preservatives and of course our macaroons are flourless. You taste mouthfuls of happiness made with natural ingredients and an ancestral technique, it is quite simply the respect of traditions.

We make sweet cannelés and also savory cannelés for the aperitif. What sets us apart completely in the world of canelé!

We currently offer several different varieties such as:

• traditional rum canelés
• grape rum
• chocolate chips and Espelette pepper
• armagnac prune
• candied cherry
• candied mandarin

Our macaroons are fresh and can perfectly be frozen. You can thaw them at room temperature or put them in the oven for a few moments; so you will have the impression that your grandmother has just prepared them for you...

For optimal conservation, please leave them in their closed bag, in a dry place and protected from light. They will keep for several weeks.

But as my grandmother always says: "taste them…, before someone tastes them for you!!!..."
