  Since you are not reachable by phone, I come here to report a problem. Your trout are a work of art, but the problem is that you don't master the packaging, especially in supermarkets! Having lived all summer on your production, according to my banker, it's been 4 or 5 times that we have come across batches of slices, or whole pieces, whose smoking has completely deteriorated, to such an extent that we have to go throw the garbage immediately, under penalty, that the whole district will put us on trial!!! For a product of such quality, make sure that behind, it follows!!! What a pity, such a waste, when you have such a product, you master it, from a to z. We won't talk about my banker.

  What a bad welcome!! No business sense from the lady who is at the reception... However, the Trouts turned out to be very good

  The trouts are delicious, not expensive, the manager (owner?) is very nice.
