    • Born in Pau in 1948, Francis Miot has become the most famous jam maker in France, certainly by the number of titles and awards he has received, but also thanks to his big smile, his enthusiastic and sometimes naughty communication and especially his inimitable whiskers!

      Emblematic character of the South West, he left his mark and his identity in the House which bears his name and which continues to carry its values of authenticity, creativity and know-how.

      Maison Francis Miot now manufactures and distributes exceptional artisanal jams, confectionery and chocolates, produced with care and passion by a team of 35 gourmets!

    I taste a jam that was offered to me, called "LA VIRTUOUS": pomegranate + blackcurrant with cane sugar, a fine treat! Very good House 👍

    We were there this morning, this shop is a pure delight for the taste buds. Everything there is delicious. Jams, coucougnettes, somersaults, vine pearls, Monsieur's plums etc etc. The icing on the cake was the kindness of the saleswoman, a charming, welcoming and really professional person who made us taste various sweets, a real killer. Take a look, you won't regret it.
