  Not a well run airport, especially for its small size. For departure, zero organization from the staff. 45 minute wait because they only had 2 security lines open and they were not efficient. Was waiting with 30 other passengers for the flight that could not get through security while the rest of the plane had entered the plane 40 minutes earlier. We arrived well over an hour before our departure and many passengers got on the plane 15 minutes after its scheduled take off time. Overall terrible experience.

  Really not great airport parking signage is dismal and half the time you're guessing if you are going in the right direction. The staff is disinterested. If the deign to acknowledge your existence they answer with useless inanities that don't solve the problem. But then, thay don't consider any problem theirs to solve. Parking was again in issue on the way back with the payment machines not working and the information desk absent for 10 minutes because "he's doing something else" Must do better!

  Only flew into BIQ but nice, little airport. Bus stop connected directly which was very helpful (only 10-15 minutes to the centre of town via bus #36, contactless available on bus).
