  The experience wasn't good, I would not recomend this hotel to anybody. The location was good near to the city center. The service horrible. It was a marathon in Biarritz and they didn't tell us anything in advanced so we can organized ourselves, and we need to leave the hotel a 7am in the morning, so all of our planes need to be cancel. They didn't give us any solution or any alternative. The reception service very poor. The sofa bed was not prepared when we arrived, I asked for the sheets, they wasnt there (after asking 2 times) and we need to do the bed ourselves. Not a 4 star hotel.

  Pros: Everything in the hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. We were going to the pool a couple of times in late October but it was always opened for is and towels ready (they have separate towels for the pool and gym) Water, tea and coffee provided in the room as well They also provide coffee machine and fruit water near the lobby Very good public transport from Airport and to other parts of the town Cons: Breakfast VERY expensive €20 per person for the two of us for 5 nights it is €100 The door to the bathroom - we are two sisters but living separately for 20 years so there is a little discomfort to use the toilet or take a shower with the glass door, you cannot shut properly

  Hotel has been renovated since we last visited so it looks fresh. Rooms are small, but clean. There is very little storage space and the wardrobe is just a rail and shelves behind a curtain. Breakfast was lovely although more fresh fruit and vegetables would have been nice. They were able to provide me with gluten free bread for toasting and one of the cakes was gluten free. On the few sunny days that we were there, there were not enough sun beds for all the clients, but we managed with chairs. Location was great for us, about 10 minutes from the Center of town. Biarritz is beautiful but very hilly.
