The building has a 24-hour assisted reception to adapt to the needs of guests, as well as parking for the exclusive use of guests, subject to availability and reservation. It also has free premium Wi-Fi.
  
  They are perfectly located just 5 minutes from Zurriola beach, in the Gros district, in a very quiet area where we can ensure the best rest for our guests. In addition, just 1.2 km away is the San Sebastián bus and train station. Daily basic cleaning service, this includes emptying the trash, preparing the beds and replenishing gel and shampoo if necessary. For overnight stays of 6 or more nights, a general cleaning will be carried out (without kitchen) and change of sheets, towels and care in the middle of the stay. The Abba Apartaments Playa de Gros apartments are perfectly equipped with the necessary services to enjoy an ideal stay in San Sebastián and feel at home.

100% recommended, very close to everything and far from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is very clean and well maintained, the staff is lovely. I would gladly repeat.

We booked this hotel because of its central location and the parking facilities provided. However, it turned out that the entire hotel only had six parking spaces for all guests - and there were no other parking options in the surrounding area. After three hours of unsuccessfully searching for a parking space, we finally had to move to a parking garage further away that cost 30 euros per night. We were kindly allowed to stop briefly in the hotel parking lot to unload. We had our small dog with us and were charged 30 euros per night. As a result, the hotel turned out to be unexpectedly expensive and offered no competition to better accommodations in terms of price-performance ratio. The extremely offensive smell in our room was particularly negative. It smelled strongly of room spray; even after ten hours of intensive ventilation, the pungent smell had not disappeared - it seemed as if it was intended to cover up an unpleasant underlying smell. We booked a triple room, which consisted of one large room. A wardrobe in the middle of the room served to separate the beds. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the double bed did not offer a restful sleep either. The facility itself was quite nice. There were a few deficiencies in terms of cleanliness: we found an already opened water bottle in the fridge, the patio furniture was very dusty, and the fold-out bed was full of crumbs. Another problem was the noise. The noises from the main street were clearly audible, and the soundproofing of the building ensured that you were constantly aware of the other guests. Conclusion: I would not book this hotel again. It may be acceptable for a single night, but definitely not recommended for a longer stay.
