  Camping with tent. Really close to the ocean, very nice views. Unfortunately very loud on the boardwalk at night. Sanitary has had better days and could do with modernizing. The small shop was really tiny. Friendly co-workers at reception and in shop. Pitch was ok. Swimming pool was ok and has a roof for rainy days. All just looks very old (windows broken on the office building, layout of swimming pool and all facilities not suited for a big camping,…) we enjoyed our stay due to the great surroundings and the friendly people.

  I recently stayed at Camping Ferme and would like to share my objective feedback regarding my check-out experience. During this process, I encountered several communication and service issues that I believe warrant attention. Upon check-out, I unfortunately found myself in a distressing situation. The manager's behavior was inappropriate and alarming, as he raised his voice and displayed aggression towards me. This incident left me visibly upset, with my children also taken aback by the manager's conduct. This incident stands in stark contrast to the level of service one would expect from an establishment with a claimed four-star rating. As a foreign guest, I faced challenges during the check-in process due to a lack of effective communication. The absence of clear instructions in English regarding check-out times and cleaning standards hindered my understanding of the camping's policies. During my check-out, I was confronted by the manager's frustration over a late departure and concerns about cleanliness. I was perplexed by the notion that guests paying a substantial fee, such as the 1500 euros for the week, are expected to handle cleaning duties. While I did my part in maintaining cleanliness, it was evident that the camping's cleaning practices are reliant on guests rather than a dedicated staff. The unprofessional and discourteous manner in which issues were addressed made me feel unsupported and mistreated. A more respectful and empathetic approach would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and reassuring experience for guests.

  I did not spend my stay on this campsite. But the noise pollution this camping generates is terrible. Their animation programs continue until midnight with simple apres ski music and karaoke. If you stay on this campsite you are unable to sleep before 12pm..
