  The highlight of this hotel is its concierge services. The rooms are very nice with a modernistic feel that somehow exudes a more traditional ambiance and warmth. Very quiet and comfortable. The restaurant food is exceptional, even though I had no intention of eating there originally. Marco and Telmo, in particular, were amazing and they were extremely patient in helping us plan and maximize our daily itinerary, arrange services and otherwise make the most of our visit. A little out of the way, but no too much so. About 1km of walking to and from the Old Town.

  Cute hotel with spacious rooms and Japanese style bidet toilet- yaaaas. Really enjoyed chilling on our terrace. Short walk to old town. Thanks to Telmo's (super friendly guy who checked us in) many delicious food recommendations, I think we gained 10lbs in 2 days. P.S. Google Maps walking directions from the bus station had us walk up 2 hills unnecessarily and had us end up on the wrong side of the railroad tracks (was Google expecting us to leap onto the roof?) so just be careful of that 😂.

  Amazing team. Telmo was amazing. He even send us a list of places to eat and visit. Marcos was always smiling and friendly. He made our son very happy by offering biscuits every day. The rooms were clean and very comfortable thanks to the housekeeping team. Over all a great experience and we shall return
