AZELINA, THE PAYS BAQUE SOAP FACTORY.
After having been, for 15 years, director of luxury hotels in different countries, I decided to change everything and become a soap maker.
Indeed, through my job, I have always been interested in well-being, cosmetics, welcome products... My career has led me to create SPAs with different cosmetic brands. Seeing the proliferation of cosmetic products (serum, lotion, cream, washing gel, etc.), I wanted to find simple and healthy products for the body, so I decided to become a soap maker and graduated on November 2, 2015 at the UESS (European University of Flavors and Scents) in Forcalquier.
The AZELINA soap factory was created in 2016 in Ascain.
Why AZELINA?
It's my grandmother's first name and in her memory because she always supported me in my choices. All the formulations of my cosmetics are designed by me with products from organic farming. Each formula is checked by a toxicologist and declared on the European portal before being placed on the market. I manufacture, package, label and market all my cosmetics myself from my laboratory in Larressore. Azelina favors raw materials produced on French territory in a logic of circular economy and proximity. Just as aluminum or glass packaging is infinitely recyclable.
