    • The Resto-Bar Le Poinçon in Guéthary is located on the station platform in the center of the village with a superb view of the legendary Parliamentia wave. Ocean view, atypical decor and a menu with friendly local products, everything is concocted for a unique journey of flavors.

      For an aperitif or a drink, the menu of cocktails with and without alcohol is sought after and evolves according to the seasons. Mixology is in the spotlight and improbable associations awaken the taste buds.

      As for the cuisine, it's the same philosophy, the dishes change each season and everything is made "home".

      The products are sourced and the bistronomy is there. Simple, effective and without shortcuts !

      The wine list is very varied with great appellations and pretty gems to discover in moderation.

    Stumbled upon this restaurant and so glad we did!! All the staff were so nice and the chef came out and explained the menu in detail and was clearly very passionate. All ingredients very fresh - we had the fish, scallops and mussel leek starter and it was unbelievable. Can’t wait to go back!

    Almost like fine dining but in a casual surf vibe environment. After spending a week in Biarritz we found this place and it’s well above expectations. Service is 10/10 with professional and friendly staff. Food is classic French with a modern twist and cooked till perfection. Live music and bar at nights. A must go if you come down to Guethery.
