  Nice bikes. Nevertheless, they rented us e-bikes for 8 hours while the battery could not last that long. We were careful with consuming and had a few breaks. After less than 5 hours the battery was very low and we brought them back. I do not speak Spanish but I seem to inderstand something about 4 hours and recharging. Perfectly logic and inderstandable. My point is that we should have been informed well or not being able to pay and rent for 8 hours.

  We rented two bikes for a full day, and Luciana was very helpful and accommodating. She provided an excellent route suggestion as there was a half marathon in town, and we had a great day exploring nearby Paseo and the beaches. We visited in October and they were one of the few open on Sunday. Highly Recommend !

  We had a fantastic time with Carlos who opened our eyes to San Sebastián through a different lens. Really knowledgeable, friendly person. My 10 year-old son and I thoroughly enjoyed the scenic bike tour through this special city that he knows so well. No hesitation in recommending the bike tour!
