  I can’t thank Julian at Le Velo Rouge enough! Throughout the past week or so on my bike trip from Lisbon heading east, my bike had been making a very irritating creaking noise, and I visited multiple bike shops trying to get it to stop. Unlike the other shops, who didn’t bother to really understand the problem, and instead charged me for minor fixes they did without me present, Julian took the time to really troubleshoot the problem with me. He even swapped his own bike’s wheel for mine, to determine if the noise was coming from my wheel or not! Finally, he discovered the noise came from my cassette, so he took it apart to investigate, re-lubricate, and tighten it up. That solved the problem, and even after he spent a good hour working, he refused to let me pay! Truly an excellent mechanic and kind guy, who speaks excellent English! I would recommend Le Velo Rouge to anyone, especially someone who’s having troubles on their touring trips. Thank you Julian for saving me many many miles of irritation!

  A professional and friendly team, very welcoming. They explained clearly where to go for electric mountain biking. Thanks to them, my son and I had a wonderful ride on excellent quality bikes. I highly recommend them 🙏😊

  Excellent service. From the initial welcome to the repair itself, including the repair times, everything was perfect and the prices were very reasonable!
