Alcyons beach The Basque Country Beaches in Guéthary

Its long name is: beach of Harotzen Costa de Guéthary. It is a small isolated beach, it is pleasant but it is better to bring beach shoes, so as not to hurt yourself with the rocks and the few pebbles. Children like it, because they just have fun with these natural elements. At low tide, the water withdraws to reveal small pools where the water remains hot. Please note, the beach is not supervised. You are not far from the port and there are sometimes fishermen teasing fish on a part of the beach where fishing is allowed. The beach is accessed by the pier or by a staircase. There is a surf spot (Avalanche) nearby.
