  I was on a trip with fellow Spanish students, so we had been having trouble finding a restaurant in Spain with good food because we are not locals. We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident when walking around San Sebastían and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing, atmosphere cozy, and service nice. The cod, beef cheek, and goat cheese salad were absolutely delicious.

  This is a fun neighborhood bar with a lively ambiance and good food and drink. My wife and I left our condo late on a recent Sunday night starving for a good meal. Fortunately we came across Oquendo, which was just a couple of blocks away. The place has a well-stocked bar and good food selection with fair prices. We ordered the lomo, french fries and fresh salad. The plates were huge and came with a basket of fresh bread—all for $12 euros a plate! The place was hopping with locals, some with their children. It was a great discovery. We will certainly be back.

  Maybe we came here late for pintxos and they were not fresh... So it was okay. Some bars serve fresh ones anytime you come in though. It was around 7-8 Euros for 2 pintxos and one mosto.
