Coffee Muxu, Café Brunch Basque in Bayonne

Coffee Muxu offers several menus depending on the time of day:
Come and have breakfast in Bayonne, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., you can enjoy homemade granola, English-style scones, sandwiches and gourmet plates for the savory.
For lunch , from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., Henri and his team offer you a dish of the day which varies according to the seasons, arrivals and desires, artisanal buns concocted from local products (Trout from Baigorri smoked by hand in Bayonne), organic eggs Benedict, complete vegetarian dishes, or even an Etxalteko Askaria (piperade, poached eggs, bacon, spiced potatoes), breakfast from the Basque Country farm… On weekends, the menu is complete with delicious sweet and savory pancakes!
All day you will find the sweets of Muxu, cookies, tasty homemade cakes (carrot cake, banana cake, brownies, cheesecake and other fruit delicacies). All made with organic ingredients with vegan and gluten free options.
The drinks menu gives pride of place to coffees and hot drinks for all tastes, varied and organic teas , pressed juices and cold drinks as well as references of local wines and craft beers from the Basque Country.
