    • Ezkia is an eco- responsible gourmet restaurant in the heart of Bidart on Avenue de la Grande Plage. Quality cuisine, homemade with fresh, organic and local products to savor from Friday to Tuesday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

    We stumbled at Ezkia, in the center of Bidart, by accident. It was a revelation: absolutely delicious (we had scallops, fish and Lièvre à la Royale, one of the most demanding recipes in the universal French cookbook), before a perfectly poached pear. Excellent advice before picking up a really good local white wine. Definitely a highlight of our French road trip. Hoping that the couple that runs this gem of a restaurant gets well deserved recognition, if not a Michelin star. Bravo!
