    Terrible service and rooms do not look like online pictures. Bathrooms were full of mold and overall not clean. Owner insists I did not show up thus why I won’t get a refund, however, I went into my room and turned around to leave almost immediately because of what I described previously. Moreover, ground floor bathroom was unusable and foreshadowing for the rest. I’ve added a map of Bayonne given to me by the receptionist as proof of being there.

    Perfect location right next to the train station; ideal if you’re on the way to St Jean Pied de Port, but ask for a quiet room as the street below can get very noisy at night. Room was clean & beds were comfortable

    Loved this hotel! Quaint and charming and the staff is very helpful. Tiny elevator but overall lovely.
