Pierre has been welcoming you for more than 30 years now to introduce you to his workshop and his profession. This guided tour lasts approximately 45 minutes, tasting included. You will learn all about the secrets of preparing ham, from raising the pigs to refining the pieces for many months. You will cross the refining room with 800 hams suspended, the salting tub and the dryer will be presented to you in detail. And you will end up tasting the flagship products of the house.
