For over 30 years now, Pierre has been welcoming you to discover his workshop and his craft. This guided tour lasts approximately 45 minutes, including tasting.
You will learn all about the secrets of preparing ham, from raising the pigs to curing the pieces for many months.
You'll walk through the curing room with its 800 hanging hams, and the salting room and drying room will be presented in detail. You'll finish with a tasting of the house's signature products.
The products are on sale directly at the workshop store or on the website.
Guided tours cost €5 per person and €2.50 for children aged 8 to 14 inclusive (free for children under 8).

The store is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.In July/August the shop is open every day from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
