  Very disappointed with our stay. Dark, sad entrance hall. Reception non-existent. In 11 days we did not meet any manager or receptionist. Key box on arrival, key box on departure. ​- When we arrive, the housing handle remains in our hand. - No terrace (contrary to the ad description) - Coffee maker broken. The description announces 2 bunk beds but surprise.... - 1 bed completely stuck between 3 walls: impossible to have a decent bed. - 1 faulty sofa bed (difficult to unfold and fold).​ left as is - No sheets, no duvet for the sofa bed. - VMC shower room broken. - Slippery and dangerous shower floor. - Zero sound insulation. ​ You can easily follow conversations in neighboring studios. - parking lots too narrow, forcing us to park the vehicle, flush with the poorly trimmed hedge, resulting in scratches on a door. On the other hand, Very beautiful region. We enjoyed the lively evening life in St-Jean de Luz. We will definitely come back, but not to this ghost building.   Fatal, it has been a regrettable experience. We were eaten by bedbugs and had to leave the apartment after the first night, heading to the doctor. The worst thing is that no one has shown their face. In fact, it's like a ghost building where you don't see anyone. Everything goes by keys. They are only concerned about collecting the money; If there is any problem, they don't even respond to messages. And of course they have charged us for the entire stay, even though we had to leave because they ruined our vacation. Our worst experience in a hotel/apartment, by far. Regrettable.

  Pleasant, clean, quiet apartment. Outdoor swimming pool clean and cleaned every day. Owner easily reachable and attentive. I recommend
