The products are of quality, that’s undeniable. I had a personalized diary made, I was able to choose the leathers, the personalization... The result lived up to my expectations. We feel that this is a house attached to important values (in sales advice, as well as in repairs). As for the welcome, the staff is qualified, reserved, friendly (but not ostentatious, it's true). I love going there, there are always a lot of people... We wait, and here we are 😁

The Laffaegue house is a sure value both for the quality of the leathers and for the creativity of new original products with new, rather magnetic colors. Flawless professionalism for several generations, always there. It is first of all curiosity that makes us open this glass door on rue Gambetta, then the multiple choices, finally, quality and originality prevail over the choice of yet another handbag or belt,

Came today to collect an order, the welcome was cold (almost the feeling of disturbing the saleswoman). It was a belt for my partner present as well. The saleswoman barely showed us the product, she didn't even ask my partner to try it, I had to do it for him, to which he inevitably responded in the negative, feeling embarrassed. She then handed us the pocket without any approval saying thank you goodbye, without even asking us if we wanted to see something else but we had also come for another purchase. I chose the room in two minutes flat, feeling oppressed. The wallet was handed to me as on the market without any pocket. Having such pretty products and ruining them with such a catastrophic reception is a real shame. It is certainly sometimes difficult to be a victim of your success and the season is long for everyone. Being a regular customer and always speaking highly of the brand to those around me, I am really disappointed and my next visit will not take place for a while. It would be a shame to get the reputation of an unkind house.
