  A beautiful quality of leather and a perceptible quality for this renowned family house in the Basque Country. I am delighted with this very beautiful gift: a studded belt well known to fans. A downside, however, for details which are not in view of the prices: the quality of the dust-bag (in photo), of the gift bag (and the poorly laced bolduc which looks really cheap) in photo and the lack of a maintenance advice booklet of his article. To remedy this in order to be in line with your product quality and image standards.

  The products are of quality, that’s undeniable. I had a personalized diary made, I was able to choose the leathers, the personalization... The result lived up to my expectations. We feel that this is a house attached to important values ​​(in sales advice, as well as in repairs). As for the welcome, the staff is qualified, reserved, friendly (but not ostentatious, it's true). I love going there, there are always a lot of people... We wait, and here we are 😁

  The welcome is always very warm, there are sometimes a few people so you have to wait but this is normal and gives you time to look at the models on display. The sellers are very responsive and give good advice, the after-sales service is top notch.
