  Magnificent knives made on site in the Basque country. Very nice place worth the detour. For an internship, treat yourself to a beautiful forged blade or just meet the blacksmith...

  We spent an exciting, timeless time in Tito's workshop, which makes superb knives while bringing ancestral know-how back to life. He is also very good teacher, he was able to capture the attention of my 6 year old son over the entire morning that the visit lasted! An absolutely obligatory passage for many people, whether lovers beautiful objects, blacksmithing enthusiasts, simple curious... In short, a great morning, with a talented blacksmith!

  Hello Tobias, Thank you for this little moment spent together between enthusiasts. Thank you also for your patience in letting me quietly choose my grail. For all of you who read me, go ahead and get away from industrial cutlery to come and discover this lair. A knife may seem expensive but you have to think about the dozens of hours spent refining, adjusting and polishing noble materials and as expensive as the steels and heat treatments used. In short, these knives will last a lifetime and you will pass them on to your sons. Marie, Thierry and the cocker spaniel Rémy.
