    • The Donostia-San Sebastián Aquarium is one of the most visited attractions in the Spanish Basque Country, with 300,000 visitors per year. Just minutes from the city center and adjacent to the Old Town, with its rich and varied culinary offerings, it is located on the port's waterfront, in one of the city's most picturesque neighborhoods, and is a must-see for anyone visiting San Sebastián.

      The San Sebastián Aquarium, housed in its iconic building constructed in 1928, features two floors dedicated to the maritime and marine heritage of Gipuzkoa, including the skeleton of a right whale, as well as a multitude of tanks that allow you to discover more than 200 species from the Cantabrian Sea and a wide variety of tropical species, not forgetting its famous 360º transparent tunnel.

    We saw it from Mexico, and we were amazed by the diversity they offer. We liked the treatment and the respect they showed us for the disabled person's price; you can stay as long as you want.

    We visited this place for the first time; it was very charming, and the tunnel is absolutely beautiful. There were so many fish, which made the tunnel experience even more immersive and magnificent! There are one or two floors dedicated to the museum, where you can find a lot of historical information about the site and the sea in general. It's very interesting, and there are some beautiful model ships, etc.

    Very beautiful ship makets, the most interesting are the alive fishes. There is also skeleton of whale and many harpuns.
