  Unfortunately, this otherwise fantastic restaurant was a disappointment. The ambiance in this steakhouse is superb. The staff, however, wasn't exactly enthusiastic throughout the evening. We were served by four different servers, and unfortunately, only one of them was genuinely excited about our visit. The appetizer was truly delicious. Then, for the main course, we received four medium-rare ox steaks with potatoes. Unfortunately, the steak was completely cold and more like a rare-well done than medium-rare. The potatoes were also lukewarm. The quality of the meat was world-class, but the coldness tarnished the culinary experience. When we immediately pointed out that the food was cold, we were given a grill to continue cooking and warming the meat. According to the staff, a medium-rare steak should be cooked somewhat cold. Of course, this is completely wrong; a medium-rare steak can simply be served warm. The staff later returned to us when they asked what we thought and expressed their disappointment with the experience. Unfortunately, no one ever came back. For almost €400, it was a truly awful experience because the staff made you feel like they didn't care about you. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, despite the quality of the meat and the nice decor. The staff doesn't take your concerns into account.
