  The service is non-existent, only at the counter. You take your order, pay, and eat. The food is good.

  La comida estaba buena, comimos los txipirones como entrada, las costillas y una hamburguesa, en cantidades muy poco para el precio, hemos salido con hambre y pagamos 56€ solo dos personas. El servicio muy mejorable, tardaron 10 minutos en darnos mesa, luego de ubicarnos jamás llegaron a tomarnos la orden, tuve que ir directamente a la barra a pedir lo que queríamos comer y ni siquiera era hora pico, eran como las 5pm. El ambiente sin más, oscuro y ruidoso.

  Hi! I'm on holiday in Bilbao and I sat down on your terrace for lunch. Since there was only one table with the RESERVED sign, I sat down at one (as there were about five other free tables). One of the waiters came out and the first thing he said to me (from a distance) was, "This is for eating, dear..." (in a rude manner). I told him I knew that, and asked what the problem was. That's when he asked me if I was going to eat, and I said yes, but the way he spoke to me changed my mind. I got up and left, which is a shame because I wanted to eat there! You need to be more careful with how you treat your customers.
