  My son and daughter-in-law chose Ezkaratza as their caterer for their wedding last month. What a wonderful choice! We were delighted! Delicious tapas and appetizers, a generous main course served piping hot, and a delicious dessert! The servers were very pleasant and attentive. It was perfect, thank you!

  We wanted to warmly thank Bixente and his entire team for their exceptional work at our wedding. From start to finish, everything was perfect: delicious, authentic, and high-quality dishes, prepared with care and passion. Bixente adapted to the day's tight schedule with great professionalism, always with a smile and impeccable organization. Our guests loved it, and we received countless compliments on the meal throughout the weekend. A huge thank you for the beef, cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, as well as for the superb gratin dauphinois, which was a hit with everyone. The brunch the following day was also excellent, generous, and flawlessly executed. Thanks to Bixente and his team, the catering contributed significantly to the success of our wedding and created unforgettable memories for us and our guests. We recommend them without hesitation!
