    Family meal. I take the vegetarian dish whose existence I welcome but I agree with the previous opinion saying that it is mainly accompaniments therefore lacking balance on the plate but the whole is very good. Disappointed by the dessert which lacks contrast, the chocolate is excellent but the coffee is too light and it's a shame to use the same ice cream/cream flavor. Overall opinions from the table are: good and well cooked but lacks completion and contrast in flavors.

    A gourmet dinner in a mountain landscape. Gustatory refinement in a simple setting. I recommend the ttoro as a starter, then the rack of lamb with tender aubergine and for dessert the sheep curd with rhubarb compote!! A delight !
