  We went to the restaurant side (not the bar side). Ordered croquetas - great. Squid in its ink - good. Squid pelayo style, not bad, but not the best. Then we got the pistachio cake and sadly that ruined the dinner - not good, very strong after taste. We should have gone for a cheesecake or something safer. Wine was cheap and good. Service was good. Atmosphere was definitely lacking, although I'd rather have good food than good atmosphere. Overall not bad but would not go back.

  Tortilla was fine. Shrimp on the pinxto didn’t taste fresh. Grilled octopus was tender but the only taste I got was salt and Benito flavoring powder, which was a shame. The tomato salad was nothing special. Cider was good though. No need to queue, which was a plus.

  Recommended by a local and was my first time eating pinxtos. Didn't disappoint. Book in advance if you would like to dine and then the food variety is much more than pinxtos.
