Kanpo Unusual and sporting experiences in the heart of nature in Souraïde

Kanpo is a committed local tourism agency, promoting tourism in the inland and coastal Basque Country and eco-responsibility from the idea of projects to their realization.

The Kanpo team is a team of tourism professionals, passionate about sport and nature, but also a group of dynamic, inventive and committed partners (guides, hosts, producers, restaurateurs, etc.), with whom we eco-construct all activities (experiences, stays, seminars, etc.) with passion and rigor.

Members of the Sustainable Tourism Actors, and winner of the Tourism Trophies 64 in 2022, we have accentuated our sustainability approach. As opposed to mass tourism, we want to value people and offer authentic tourist experiences. Discover the Basque Country, differently, in its true nature.

Our micro-adventures:

Our stays, courses and days micro-adventures are intended to offer a strong (re)connection to nature, to oneself and to the collective. They turn out to be unusual, vibrant and enriching experiences: trek on the GR10, trail running course, mountain autonomy course, afternoons discovering cold baths, ... All these experiences and much more are also privatized and adaptable to your dates!

Our teambuilding:

We create experiential team building and incentives for corporate seminars, with a main objective: to shine the spotlight on the collective intelligence of teams by drawing inspiration from local traditions and rites. Sports and nature activities in line with desires and constraints (supervised hiking, cold bath, breathing, sailing, etc.) and catering highlighting Basque gastronomy and local producers, focused on plants (adaptable according to requests).

Our proposals are experienced in small groups, in all seasons, on ephemeral circuits outside the main tourist flows, and always accompanied by local, passionate and experienced guides. They are intended for a wide audience (visitors and locals, adapted activity levels), solo, with family or friends!
