    • A nice idea to discover the inland Basque Country by going down the Nive river in a raft, canoe or inflatable kayak, hydrospeed from Bidarray with Ur Bizia Rafting, the descent lasts 1h30 and is accessible to all, the only condition is to know how to swim. Bidarray is only 30 minutes by car from Bayonne, Anglet, Biarritz and 15 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry.
