Once you've parked in the base's parking lot, you can get kitted out in quality wetsuits before taking the free shuttle to the starting point of the descent. After the briefing, let's head out onto the Nive River, navigating rocky rapids, waves, and exhilarating slides in the whitewater. The return trip is easy, as you arrive just 40 meters from the base and can take advantage of changing rooms and hot showers before enjoying a picnic or lunch at the on-site restaurant. In total, allow approximately 3 hours for the activity, with 1.5 to 2 hours of paddling time.
