Magnificent experience with Nicolas, attentive guide, calm, smiling and full of good advice and surprises!;). The fast is very well accompanied on a daily basis, everything goes smoothly and serenely, in a magnificent green setting with deer roaming free that can be seen in the garden and a welcoming and charming Basque house. The hikes are adapted according to the desires and the form of each each day and very varied. Full of intense moments with kindness. Perfect stay to redo!

Bravo you arrive on the page of a moment that will become memorable. Do not hesitate to pass the course, and go live a break in your life where you will come out transformed. The quality of the welcome and professionalism of Nicolas will make you experience a smooth understanding of the enrichment of this young person. The place is super comfortable, ranging from accompanying the deer in the park, to the joy of picking mushrooms (to be tasted later) to the comfort of the interior spaces. The daily support of Nicolas and for our medicalized week that of Doctor Claire Delval allowed us to be at our best during this fast. The authenticity of each participant as well as their kindness facilitated the creation of this supporting group which then allowed me to measure the interest compared to the two previous fasts done alone at home (because of the covid). First experience for a 6-day fast, the setting is magnificent. A beautiful Basque residence in a wonderful park with extraordinary weather throughout the week. Nicolas and Christine (naturopath) are very attentive, caring and have a deep empathy for each of us. The days are well paced and we were all impatient, in the evening, to drink our broth and participate in the evening talks. Personally, this week was complicated to manage but without the comfort and support of Nicolas, Christine and all the members of the group, I would surely have given up. I am happy to have allowed myself to live this experience and so grateful to have shared these moments so important to me with all the beautiful people in this group.
